The Laboratory of Physiology of Neuronal Circuits encourages the use of a multidisciplinary approach to studying the function of the basal ganglia, with an emphasis on identifying changes that occur in animal models of neuropsychiatric conditions such as Parkinson's disease and Tourette syndrome.
