The activity of the Physiology of Action Laboratory is focused on the study of motor behavior neuroscience. We employ non-invasive brain stimulation techniques (TMS or tDCS), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and electroencephalography (EEG) to investigate the mechanisms involved in the formation and persistence of motor memories. Additionally, we apply this knowledge in experimental interventions aimed at enhancing learning and memory in both healthy individuals and stroke patients.
